Because products on www.pallandwe.in are designer made, with carefully hand woven and intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of India, there may be variations in color and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is the due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color setting and capabilities of computer monitors. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time an labour goes into each products. www.pallandwe.in will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong. No refund will be given by www.pallandwe.in if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of www.pallandwe.in the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole direction of www.pallandwe.in In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, www.pallandwe.in, in unable to deliver a certain products the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate products. However, in case the customer dose not wish to select any alternate products www.pallandwe.in shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole direction of www.pallandwe.in We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued. You will then receive the amount in your account within 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank

Return Policy

Every single piece designed and produced at PALL&WE studio goes through every little quality checks. We don’t mass produce, hence each product is made to order especially for you. Unevenness in color & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes that’s the beauty of handmade and done with pure intricacy . You can see our size chart before making a purchase. However, in case you have received a damaged product, please notify us at pallandwe2023@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order

Cancellation

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. no cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.

Order Confirmation And Shipping

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with .

Shipping

Each order placed with us is carefully finished and packaged in our workshop. We make sure that every shipment is checked thoroughly before leaving our premises and is shipped within 10 to 15 days. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from our end with the tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipment partner’s site. In case of any unforeseen delay in processing you order we will notify you without fail. In case there is a delay in production we will immediately contact you regarding the same. As most of our products are specially made to order, we do not offer cash on delivery however we can take requests of cash on delivery manually if you contact us and we will chare a certain advance amount to confirm your COD order
